Apollo Moving & Storage Co., Inc. has served Western Pennsylvania for decades as a full-service mover and a long-time agent for Allied Van Lines. Here's who we are and how we work.
Moving is tough enough as it is. So let the associates at Apollo Moving & Storage take care of everything — from packing to moving, and even unpacking and assembly.
Apollo Moving & Storage is a women-owned, WBENC-certified moving and storage company headquartered on Lebanon Church Road in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Our roots are in New Castle, and we still serve Lawrence County and all of Western Pennsylvania from our Pittsburgh location. As an agent for Allied Van Lines, we pair the hands-on care of a local family business with the training standards, equipment and worldwide reach of one of the most recognized names in moving.
Our customers are families moving across town, retirees downsizing, employers relocating talent, and businesses moving offices. Many of them are repeat customers, and many were referred by a neighbor. That's the reputation we work to protect on every job.
Credentials you can verify — because you should verify them for any mover you hire.
One person who surveys your home, writes your estimate, plans your dates and stays reachable until you're settled.
Our movers complete professional moving school and are trained in Allied's methods for padding, wrapping, loading and inventory.
Every estimate follows a survey and is put in writing with the services included, so moving day matches the plan.
Long-distance customers can follow their shipment through Allied's tracking and reach us anytime with questions.
Basic Liability and Allied Extra Care Protection, explained in plain English before you choose.
Secure storage and moving supplies from our own Pittsburgh warehouse — not a P.O. box and a rented truck.
Allied Van Lines is one of the largest and longest-established moving networks in the world, with agents across North America and partners in countries around the globe. When you move with Apollo, that network moves with you — coordinated from one office in Pittsburgh.

Don, Vince & Gio were absolutely amazing!! They were on time, friendly, very helpful and so very patient and kind when dealing with my 83 year old mom. We will DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Apollo Moving to anyone who needs a moving company!! Your company truly has a great asset in these three employees!! Thanks again Don, Vince & Gio ❤️
Apollo moved me from Slippery Rock, PA to Ft. Lauderdale this month and it was THE BEST MOVE I have ever experienced!!! They came out to discuss the move and provide an estimate. They were so helpful in explaining how they could safely move items I thought I would have to put in my Jeep. Tom, Don and Tay showed up right on time and efficiently and carefully loaded the truck, including my Crown Jewel Yamaha Upright Piano. Three days later everything was unloaded by Tom and Jarred. Everything arrived in PERFECT CONDITION, there wasn't even a fingerprint on my Piano. They are THE BEST!!!!!!
Five-Star Experience with Apollo Moving Company! We had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Dominic, James, and Tom were professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly. They took great care with all of our belongings, worked quickly without ever sacrificing quality, and made the entire moving process stress-free. It's not often you find a team that combines hard work with such positive attitudes — these guys truly went above and beyond! If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy moving company, look no further than Apollo. We couldn't be more impressed. Thank you, Dominic, James, and Tom, for a job well done!
One of the best moving experiences I've had in 55 years. The guys were efficient and fast. Everyone was courteous and very careful with our things. Needed some things packed… I was pleasantly surprised when they unpacked and even put the mattress on the box spring. Excellent service from beginning to end. Do recommend!!!
James and Tommy were great. Did a very nice job wrapping the furniture, lamps, and TV to ensure no damage. Carefully disassembled and reassembled beds, dressers and recliners. Very responsive to any needs. Definitely would use Apollo again. Called Monday, quoted Tuesday and moved us on Wednesday.
Bunch of good guys — Tommy and his crew, Jeff and Vito. Showed up on time and moved everything fast and was careful with everything. 2 thumbs up! 👍👍
