Piano moving
Uprights, baby grands and concert grands each require a specific method: padding, board and skid, partial disassembly for grands, and a crew that knows how to handle weight on stairs and thresholds. We move pianos locally, across the state and across the country through Allied's network.
Fine art, antiques and exhibits
Framed art, sculpture, antique furniture and museum or gallery exhibits get custom crating, soft-pack protection and climate-conscious handling. We work with collectors, galleries, corporate art programs and traveling exhibits that need dependable transport and installation.
Electronics moves
Home theaters, computer setups, gaming rigs, audio equipment and office servers are packed in anti-static materials and, where possible, original cartons. We label cables and photograph connections so reassembly is painless.
Customized crating
When cardboard isn't enough, we build custom wooden crates on site for marble and glass tops, chandeliers, oversized mirrors, statuary, slate pool tables and delicate machinery.
Car, boat and motorcycle transport
Add vehicle transport to your household move and skip the long drive or the separate shipping company. Cars, motorcycles, boats and trailers can be coordinated with your relocation timeline as part of your Allied move.
Safes, hot tubs and other heavy items
Gun safes, commercial safes, hot tubs, exercise equipment and workshop machinery are moved with the right dollies, ramps and crew size. Tell your consultant about heavy items during the survey so we arrive prepared.
